HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We work with DHL to ensure you receive your orders as soon as possible.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed we begin to process it immediately. This allows us to offer the fastest shipping available. Because of this, once your order is placed with us you are unable to cancel it or edit it. If you need to change your order we may be able to accommodate your request depending on if your order has shipped.
WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you need to make any amendments, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order or as soon as possible.
If your parcel has already been shipped out to the wrong address, we will have to charge you a shipping fee to resend your parcel to you again.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY LUMENX PRODUCTS?
To return your product, you should mail your product to our nearest to you warehouse (in US, EU, CAN, etc.). Visit our Refund Policy page for more info.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
MY PACKAGE WENT MISSING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
LumenX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Drop us an email at hello@mylumenx.com and will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping courier information for the customer to investigate.
